Be a Fit Kid. There’s a lot of discussion these days about fit kids. People who care (parents, doctors, teachers, and others) want to know how to help kids be more fit. Reading over this article there were so many choices to click on to better your child and to make them more fit. But the most obvious choice when you are young is to eat well, and to exercise. As a parent you can’t just give your kid cake and ice cream whenever they would like this will lead to bad habits and not being in the shape that they would like to be in.
