25 ways to exercise without realizing it by Steve from Nerd Fitness.  This news could really help people out that are scared to try and get themselves into shape like they always dreamed of.  In the article Steve talked about how he sat in the parking lot petrified to walk into the gym.  Finally he gained enough courage to walk in the gym, and he found out it wasn’t so bad after all, and that he really enjoyed it and thought it was a lot of fun.  On the other hand, I for one am not very scared at all to go and workout because playing a college sport, you need to be fit and in tip top shape to be able to compete with other teams.  Reading this article made me realize that you just need to get after it a little more, and be determined in everything that you do, whether that is working out to get better for your team, or if its for your own liking you have to do your best to reach the goals you set out for yourself.
