“Get fit, Stay fit, and have fun doing it!” This article preaches about how you don’t have to go to a gym to get in the shape that you want. I agree and disagree with this article because I believe that lifting weights is a great way to get the body that you desire. But after reading this article, you can do some great things to stay in shape and you will never even step foot in a gym. The list goes on and on but the top three on the list were Zumba time, take the run, and enjoy nature. Zumba time is working through dancing, and who doesn’t have fun dancing? Take the run, is go out and enjoy running and see all sorts of different things instead of running on a treadmill for an hour. And simply Enjoy Nature, go outside for a little stroll through your neighborhood park or on a beach, just be active outside. I wish my team could go on a Nature Walk together, I feel like that would be so nice instead of us just running sprints to get in shape!
