This info graph shows the daily differences that exercise makes in your life. Only about 20 percent of adults reach their average amount of exercise. After a long day of work the last thing you want to do is cook up something healthy and go exercise, believe me everyone understands that. But the better shape that you get yourself in to, the better you will feel and you can add about 4 years onto your life by exercising and eating properly. Currently in my early adult years, playing a college sport has made it very easy to stay in shape and eat properly. But in a couple of years, when lacrosse is over and done with, it isn’t going to be so easy to workout after I have worked all day long. But well just have to wait and see because I bet I can motivate myself to get after it and keep running.
