Take your workout on the road! This infographic displays what core and body weight exercises you can do on the road to stay in shape.  It is really hard to stay in shape when you are traveling but this quick workout will get you sweating and takes no time at all.  Speaking from a college lacrosse player, it isn’t too hard to get a workout in on the road.  Because our road trips go a little like this, practice a day before the game, and then play a game the next day.  So there isn’t much relaxation on our trips, they keep us busy and definitely keep us in shape.
